During the holidays there is quite a bit of driving being done in order to celebrate with our loved ones. The best way to protect your lower back while driving is to make sure your car seat is positioned properly.

*Your hips should be higher than your knees while sitting. You want to use the adjustment lever to tip the seat forward.

This helps to keep a proper curve in the lower back and reduces the stress on your spine while you are driving.
