Have you ever watched how different people walk? Or even how babies crawl? Some people may have a slight tilt to the right or the left while others may lean forward or back. The way a person walks has a lot to do with their spinal alignment and their hips.

People that have a unique walk (or gait) tend to have misalignments in their hips that cause the bone to move improperly in the joint.

Babies that have a unique crawl or have a difficult time learning to walk or crawl may have a misalignment in the pelvis.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a problem with walking, see a chiropractor right away. The chiropractor can align the spine and hips properly so that the walk is more normal and comfortable for the individual.
